OK - what happens after I make a reservation?WELCOME ON BOARD ! Soon after you've confirmed and pay for your cruise, a site2sea booking confirmation will be emailed to you detailing everyting from your ship, dates, itinerary, stateroom number, loyalty perks, cruise cost and taxes and any special instructions and requests. NEXT, a site2sea concierge will help you prepare your final documents (30 days prior to sailing.) We'll check you in, prepare your boarding passes and baggage tags and reconfirm all of the details associated with your specific sailing.

Should I buy travel insurance?The purchase of vacation protection insurance before taking a cruise is highly recommended. Any vacation is an investment and trip insurance is an important way to protect that investment from the unexpected. If you are a US resident and would like more information about trip insurance please contact one of our agents and they will be happy to assist you with your insurance options or view insurance policy options. Terms, conditions, and exclusions apply. Canadian residents can purchase Allianz Canada Travel Insurance. Policies purchased through this website are confirmation of your insurance coverage.

What if I want to upgrade or change my reservation?Upgrades are available through either a bidding process offered by the cruise line (normally within 30-60 days of sailing) which you'll be notified of or by paying extra for an assigned upgraded stateroom. You can contact your site2sea concierge for details. Within 60-90 days of sailing, you may have to pay extra to change your sailing dates. Cancellation fees take effect within the same time period.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
